The TrueCapsule true wireless earbuds from SoundPeats have touch controls, IPX5 water resistance and support Bluetooth 5.0. The Soundpeats TrueFree+ earbuds, are relatively inexpensive wireless earbuds costing around £30 or $30 (check the link for current pricing).
